Affordable Personal Training

Study after study shows that regular resistance training and aerobic exercise drastically improve quality of life no matter who you are. An investment in working with a personal trainer will pay huge dividends no matter what your goals are.

Functional

I teach functional movement because it gives you the most bang for your buck as far as time spent in the gym. Plus, how you train should look like what you want to be able to do outside of the gym like go hiking, do work around your house or play a sport. I stay away from machines and build fitness through safe, functional movement like stepping up on stairs and squats.

Safe

Your body may not feel as limber and strong as it did when you were younger and you may be contending with injuries or aches and pain. I build you up slowly and gently and adapt workouts to each client's current ability level.

Effective

You know that resistance training and aerobic exercise is important, but you can't just do a few bicep curls or the same slow walk every day and expect to get the benefits. I teach you how to work out all major muscle groups and develop your cardiorespiratory system in a progressive way so that you continue to get stronger and feel confident in doing the things you enjoy.

One instructional session where I teach you the basics of safe and effective resistance training. You'll get a 6-week workout plan and I'll keep you accountable along the way.
