You can find plenty of free training plans online, but a plan that doesn't take into account your current ability, your schedule, limitations due to injury, or progress along the way is useless. With my plans, you choose how often you work out, where you work out, what equipment you use (and maybe that's literally nothing right now), and how long you want your sessions to be. Each training plan I create is completely unique and designed to meet your specific needs.

Training on your own can be tough for a lot of reasons. It's hard to stay motivated day in and day out and you may not always know if you're doing something right. While you are on my training plan, you can ask me any questions you've got about your training and send me a video if you need help with technique on an exercise. The workouts I create are challenging and motivating, and I'll be there to celebrate your progress and call you out when you're being lazy!

I am an ACE-certified personal trainer and CrossFit coach in Durham, NC.
