1) Personal training if you don’t have time or money for a personal trainer

There’s a reason why the demand for personal training has skyrocketed: customized training plans created by a knowledgable professional along with the accountability you get are game changers. Busy schedules and tight budgets can be a big barrier for many people. So my budget personal training package lets you take advantage of the main benefits that come from a personal trainer but without the cost.

What You Get for $99:

⇨One-Hour Personal Training Session: An in-person or online session so I can assess your fitness level, understand your goals, create a workout plan for you, and instruct you on proper form

6-Week Workout Plan: An evidence-based workout plan designed specifically for your goals and your current fitness level

⇨ Expert Coaching: Learn proper form for specific exercises that will help you meet your goals

⇨Accountability: Daily results tracking and weekly check-ins with me keep you on track

⇨Resources: Access to game-changing strategies to help you push yourself and stick to good habits even when nobody is watching.

The first step is a one-hour session with me where I will assess your current fitness level and teach you proper form on a few exercises that will help you reach your goals. These sessions can be at my home gym, online, or at the place where you plan to work out (only for customers in RDU area, and an additional travel fee may apply).

After our session, I’ll send you a detailed workout plan based on your goals and the equipment you have available. Over the next six weeks, you’ll record your results, and I’ll help make sure you’re progressing according to plan and help you troubleshoot any issues that come up. If at the end of the six weeks, you want another session to add some new movements to your toolbelt and get another customized plan, I’m here, but there’s no commitment.

2) Weekly/Bi-Weekly Sessions

Each session will be a customized workout crafted with your specific goals in mind. I use interval work to give you the most bang for your buck and varied movements to keep workouts fun and make sure you keep seeing the results you want to see. Plus, we all work a little harder with some encouragement and accountability! My home gym (off of Ninth Street) has a barbell, dumbells, kettlebells, a Peloton bike, and Concept 2 Rower.

I give all my personal training clients a customized workout plan for the rest of the week to provide the accountability and direction that will help you get you towards your goals. Sessions along with weekly training plans are $50 per week. Discounts are available if you are able to commit to two or more sessions per week, or if you want to book sessions with a friend.
