Why Work with Me?


Remember high school PE class when you learned exactly how to lift weights to get stronger? No? Probably because it didn’t happen. Too many people just don’t know what an effective fitness routine looks like. 


Though it’s certainly not rocket science, it is something you need to spend some time learning about, ideally with someone like me, who can give you feedback on your form and can see when you’re ready to push a little harder and when you need to slow down.
